We encourage generosity on the part of all parishioners in this undertaking, as a response to God’s call to be living sacrifices as referenced in the second reading for this Sunday, Ordinary 22, making their donations, i.e., the sacrifice of their personal resources, an act of worship, “holy and pleasing to God, [their] spiritual worship.â€
